Our aftercare process

1) Triage

We collect symptoms, timeline, photos, and any local findings to classify urgency.

2) Clinical review

Your treating clinic reviews case details and confirms initial recommendations.

3) Action plan

You receive a documented next-step plan: home care, local visit, or return trip if needed.

4) Follow-through

We stay involved until the case is clinically stabilized and follow-up is clear.

When to seek urgent local care first

  • - Uncontrolled bleeding
  • - Rapidly increasing facial swelling
  • - Fever with worsening pain
  • - Difficulty swallowing or breathing

In emergencies, seek local urgent care immediately and then notify our team so we can coordinate records with the treating clinic.

What to prepare for faster support

  • - Treatment dates and clinic name
  • - Current symptoms and when they started
  • - Photos/videos of the affected area
  • - Any local dentist or emergency notes
  • - Current medications and allergies
